I am the owner or responsible party for the business that I am representing.
Terms and Conditions
Vendor must also register for the event acquire their Weekend Pass.
We invite you to participate in all four days of the event setting up on Wednesday (there is no entertainment planned for Wednesday evening and many attendees will just be arriving so you are not charged for access to the building all day Wednesday).
You should be set up no later than Wednesday evening at 8pm and not break down your booth space until Saturday evening or Sunday morning (you must be broken down and off property by Sunday Aug 31st by 12pm CST)
Your vendor Spot is located in a secured building and security will be on property, but you are responsible for securing your inventory or booth items and the event hosts or venue is not responsible for any loss of property.
You are responsible for any license or permits required to sell the items you have at your booth.

What is included in the Ticket Price?
So much is included in the price of your individual ticket! Included is your wristband for the Gathering. This will give you access to the property, Vendor buildings, Ladies Night festivities, Guided and Self Guided Motorcycle Group Rides, Campground, Pavilion, Vendor Barn, and Grand Stand areas of the property. Access to view the Stage Entertainment in the Grand Stand with 3 nights of Hilarious, High Energy and Live Music, and Hall of Fame Entertainment on Saturday!
Your Swag bag will include not only your T-Shirt, and patch for the Gathering, but also a full colored collectible magazine, two Food Truck tokens for meals , a personal refillable cup/mug for your access to the adult beverage trailer, and more goodies to come!
Our Options to Pay not only includes the service and convenience of online payment options but we have also elected option so you can pay over time, to make it easier to plan and budget for the unique experience.
When are tickets available?
Tickets will be available for purchase by February 10th, 2025 - Pre Registering for email updates will ensure you are the first to know when they will be available!!!
When should I reserve my Accommodations, and get my tickets?
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the best arrangements. Once you are register here for email updates you will gain access to our list of hotel booking links and recommended Hotels, Housing and Camping information. Camp sites are limited and the Camping will be being handled by third party for this event. Our ticket price not only includes the service and convenience of online payment options but we have also elected option so you can pay over time, to make it easier to plan and budget for the unique experience.
When will the Agenda be available?
You can imagine there is a lot to do to prepare for an event this size, put we are all working hard to make certain that everything is scheduled and laid out so you don't miss a chance to participate. The agenda will be updated ticket holders will be notified when it is available via email. Pass holders will also receive a copy of the print publication distributed with your swag bag and at the registration table, which will have the agenda printed in the centerfold.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please contact us at your earliest convenience. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as flexible as possible, however cancellation for refund must be received 90 days prior to the event (May 27th, 2025). Fees may vary depending on the payment options, timing of the cancellation, and the specific arrangements made for your attending the event.
How will unexpected Changes be handled during the event?
Our experienced team is skilled at managing on-the-spot adjustments. Whether it's a last-minute change in weather, vendor issues, or any other unforeseen circumstance, we are prepared to handle challenges swiftly and efficiently to ensure your event proceeds smoothly.
Are Children and Pets Allowed?
The Widows Sons has always been a Family Supportive Organization. That includes our pets.. PETS MUST REMAIN ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES while on the property, barking and noise must be managed and we would recommend leaving any non-friendly or protective dogs at home. Also, you MUST pick up after your pets.
The same could be said for children... lol - But you know we love our Widdows Kiddos, PLEASE REMEMBER there will be adult beverages, and adult language, and this is a global event with guests from all over the world. What an amazing experience for the kiddos, but the committee cannot take responsibility for your little ones, and children will not be allowed near the adult beverage trailers. As part of the ticketing registration everyone will be asked if you are bringing underage children with you and if so they will be directed to connect with a Trustee for special registration of the any children under the age of 21.

By purchasing a ticket to the Widows Sons Masonic Riders Associations 2025
Grand Gathering in Woodstock, IL,
I understand that my consent to these provisions is given in consideration for being permitted to bring my child to participate in this event.
I further understand that I myself and my child may be removed from or asked to leave this event if I do not follow all the Rules of the Event.
I acknowledge if I bring any additional recreational vehicle besides a car/truck or a motorcycle, for instance a quad, golf cart, scooter, etc. as personal transport around the fairgrounds, I am required to provide proof of personal insurance rider for that vehicle and acquire a sticker from the property at the registration table.
This sticker is to be displayed while operating the vehicle on the property.
If I am unable to provide said insurance, I will not be allowed to use the vehicle and it must remain on the trailer.
I am a voluntary participant in this event and in good physical condition.
I know that this event includes organized and self-guided motorcycle rides and I hereby voluntarily assume full and complete responsibility for myself, my child and equipment, and the risk of, any injury or accident that may occur during my participation in this event, And any of these rides that I choose to participate in, or any other activities I participate in while on the premises of this event. Furthermore, I agree my miner child will not be allowed to operate any said motorized equipment.
I for myself, my next of kin, heirs, executors, administrators, hereby release andhold harmless and covenant not to file suit against the WS MRA Inc. staff, the land owners, employees, volunteers, and all other persons or entities associatedwith this event ( collectively " the releases" for any injury or damages I might
suffer in connection with myself and my child’s participation in this event or while on the premises of this event.
This release applies to any and all loss, liability, or claims I myself or my child may have arising out of participation in this event including but not limited to, personal injury or damage suffered by myself, my child, or others, whether such losses liabilities or claims be caused by falls, contact with and/or the actions of other participants, contact with fixed or non-fixed objects, contact with animals, conditions of the premises of the Event, negligence of the releases, risks not known to me or not reasonable foreseeable at this time or otherwise.
I give my full consent and permission to the WS MRA GG to license and assign the irrevocable right to uses, for any purpose whatsoever and without compensation, any photographs, videotapes, audiotapes or other recordings of myself and my child that are made during this event.
I further Consent to Receive SMS Notifications, and Email Communication from WS MRA Inc for the Grand Gathering. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. As it pertains to this email or text communications, I can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
Rules and Regulations
My child will always be with a responsible adult while at this event.
My child will NOT be in contact or handle any adult beverages or any other adult items while at this event.
My child will not be allowed at any adult special events on the property during this event such as but not limited to Ladies night, after hours parties.
My child will be in my camp site or off the property by 9pm central time each day.
My child will not be allowed to operate and motorized or battery vehicle at anytime on the property.
